On Monday I hiked up to Whiskeytown Falls, which is right off Highway 299 and West of I-5. It was almost a two mile hike each way. I had a great time and the weather was perfect. The sun wasn’t hitting the falls like I had hoped for, but still an amazing sight at a 220ft. drop of crashing clear H2O. The hike up was a lot of fun as well.

I was at Kool April Nites this past weekend and out of all the photos I took, I like this one the best and I don’t even know why I’m drawn to it–I don’t even like the car all that much. It’s nice, but I’ve seen a lot I liked a lot better. This car show was pretty nice just because of the variety of cars and colorful paint jobs. The city of Redding sets aside a good loop of road just for the show.
